Payment
We accept payments by: Credit or Debit Card, simply call one of our sales team on 07775585419 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm.
We also accept payments by Paypal, Postal Orders, Cheques and Bank Transfers. Once we have cleared funds we will make swift
arrangements for delivery.
Multiple purchases. Most of the time we are able to offer a postage discount when more than one item is purchased. To be
sure you pay the correct amount, once you have made your purchases, simply click "request a total from seller" and we will
send you a combined invoice with the reduced p&p.
Checkout - Please be sure to go through Roman cart checkout, listing your required delivery address and ensuring that we
have a contact telephone number for delivery. This is the address we will ship to.
Delivery
We are committed to your satisfaction, we inspect every item prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches our own high standard
of quality, and that you receive the item as described. We normally dispatch items 2-3 working days after cleared payments
(Unless otherwise stated)
Dispatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 2 business
days after dispatch.
When applicable, we will provide you via email any online tracking available and an indication of what day you can expect
your delivery, this of course is subject to delivery companies services of which we have no control over.
Our packaging and postage charges reflect the cost of packaging materials and the costs of our time preparing your item
for dispatch and reasonable delivery costs.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Please allow extra time for clearance if you are paying by cheque.
Collections: We welcome collections by appointment only, Mondays - Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm .
Returns
We take great pride in our individual customer service and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases
from ourselves, you may of course cancel / return your order for any reason within 7 working days of your order being delivered.
We will refund your money within 7 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, un-used, in
a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Orders are collected on this website to be shipped asap hence, if
goods have been dispatched prior to your cancellation, we cannot reinburse any of the delivery/collection costs.
Faulty returns - we cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty and has been signed for as "damaged" on receipt.
